The Molly Brown House Museum occupies the 1889 Victorian home at 1340 Pennsylvania Street in Denver, once the residence of Titanic survivor Margaret "Molly" Brown 1, 2. The museum runs a seasonal October tour, The Ghosts of 1340 Penn, built around stories of people who died inside the house, Victorian mourning and spiritualism, and a resident "ghost cat" 3. On some October dates it pairs the tour with a séance at the historic dining table, led by an outside paranormal events company 3. Visitors commonly describe footsteps and movement on the upper floors, doors that shift on their own, and the sensation of a cat brushing past their legs.
